Delivery

  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
  • 5-7 working days expedited shipping after the order is placed and paid in Singapore.
  • Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • There is a standard home delivery charge of S$5.00 under S$160 order.  Any order above S$160 will be complimentary shipping across Singapore.
  • For international shipping, please email to customer@nayula.comto specify the products you are interested in and the shipping destination. The shipping decision will depend on the product types and your destination. All international shipping costs, duty fees and VAT as determined by region will be borne by the customer.

If the recipient address is wrong and this results in returning orders and delivery delays, the new shipping charges from returning the orders will be borne by the customer.

 

For customers purchasing outside Singapore:

We ship outside of Singapore in the world.

  • During the purchase process, the costs of delivery are displayed.
  • Purchases under S$250.00, cover shipping costs of S$50.00.
  • Purchases over S$250.00, Free shipping.
  • Some deliveries are subject to customs duties depending on your location, including costs outside NAYULA control. Please pay these costs directly to the carrier.
  • For your information only, we have been told that Indonesia has an import duty of up to 30% and Australia is basically duty-free. NAYULA is not responsible for this information. Customs policies are set in accordance with the laws of each country and vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs for more information.
  • For customers in Indonesia, all customs duties are included in the shipping fee.
