Delivery

  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
  • 5-7 working days expedited shipping after the order is placed and paid in Singapore.
  • Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • There is a standard home delivery charge of S$5.00 under S$160 order. Any order above S$160 will be complimentary shipping across Singapore.
  • If the recipient address is wrong and this results in returning orders and delivery delays, the new shipping charges from returning the orders will be borne by the customer.

We ship outside of Singapore in the world.

Shipping Fees

Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Orders under S$250: Shipping fee S$50
  • Orders of S$250 or more: Free shipping

Malaysia and Indonesia

  • Orders under S$200: Shipping fee S$30
  • Orders of S$200 or more: Free shipping


Duties & Taxes

  • Australia and Hong Kong: No import duties or taxes apply.
  • Indonesia: All import duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee (DDP).
  • Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE): Any applicable import duties and taxes must be paid directly to the shipping carrier by the customer.
